UR-144 is a compound that selectively activates the peripheral cannabinoid receptor CB2 as a full agonist, exhibiting substantially lower affinity for the CB1 receptor. This product is the DrugMonitor™ Anti-UR-144 Metabolite Antibody (VS-0125-YC2156), specifically designed as an anti-drug antibody (ADA) that targets UR-144 Metabolite. The ADA was raised in mice immunized with UR-144 and is suitable for use in ELISA and lateral flow assays. This antibody may be employed in pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD) analyses, or as a reference standard in ADA assays.
