Sensitive Western Blot
We detected UTY protein in human cell lysates using this mouse antibody in Western blot. Even at a dilution of 1:2000, the signal was distinct and specific. The antibody targets the N-terminus of the protein, and the Protein G affinity purification ensures a clean blot.
Good For ELISA
This recombinant antibody worked well in our ELISA setup for UTY detection. We found the recommended dilution range to be accurate. It is a robust tool for studying this minor histocompatibility antigen, and we are pleased with the consistency between different lots.
