Human Anti-VWF Recombinant Antibody (clone h82D6A3) (CAT#: FAMAB-0297YC)
Provided is humanized antibody, h82D6A3, by variable domain resurfacing and grafting on the constant regions of a human IgG4. The h82D6A3 still binding with high affinity to VWF and retained the inhibitory properties of the murine 82D6A3.

Before addition to collagen coated wells, a constant concentration of purified human VWF (250 ng/ml) was pre-incubated with different concentrations of purified h82D6A3 or m82D6A3. Bound VWF was detected with anti-VWF-HRP antibodies. The absorbance of VWF-binding in the absence of 82D6A3 was arbitrarily set as 0% inhibition.
