Mouse Anti-VWF Recombinant Antibody (clone m-82D6A3) (CAT#: FAMAB-0298YC)
Provided is a mouse monoclonal antibody, m82D6A3, directed against the von Willebrand factor (VWF) A3-domain, which inhibits the VWF-interaction to fibrillar collagen. The antibody 82D6A3 has antithrombotic effects in vivo.

Before addition to collagen coated wells, a constant concentration of purified human VWF (250 ng/ml) was pre-incubated with different concentrations of purified h82D6A3 or m82D6A3. Bound VWF was detected with anti-VWF-HRP antibodies. The absorbance of VWF-binding in the absence of 82D6A3 was arbitrarily set as 0% inhibition.
