Rabbit Anti-ZFYVE9 Recombinant Antibody (clone R01-0A4) (CAT#: VS3-FY2083)
We conducted western blot analysis of SARA in lysates from HeLa, A549, and HL-60 cell lines utilizing the SARA antibody. The recombinant monoclonal antibody with high affinity in targeting human ZFYVE9. It is suitable for use in a variety of assays, including WB, IHC-P, IP. This R01-0A4 antibody is validated for western blot analysis of SARA in Hela, A549, HL-60 lysates.
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.

- Function
- Early endosomal protein that functions to recruit SMAD2/SMAD3 to intracellular membranes and to the TGF-beta receptor. Plays a significant role in TGF-mediated signaling by regulating the subcellular location of SMAD2 and SMAD3 and modulating the transcriptional activity of the SMAD3/SMAD4 complex. Possibly associated with TGF-beta receptor internalization.
