dAbs scaffold protein anti-Hen egg lysozyme (HEL) (CAT#: SDS-L074)

The dAbs that bound hen egg lysozyme (HEL) was isolated from the library using Phage display techonology. After affinity maturation, dAbs variants were identified having affinities (KD=0.13 μM) for hen egg lysozyme (HEL) as determined by biosensor technology. It's potential to be used in diagnostic, research and therapeutic applications.

Exceptional Western Blot Clarity
Using this antibody in Western blotting has led to clear, distinct bands, which are crucial for our studies on protein expression. Its high specificity greatly reduces background noise, providing clearer results that bolster our experimental conclusions.

Consistent Results for ELISA
Our team has consistently achieved reproducible results using this antibody in ELISA assays. Its stability and high affinity for lysozyme provide accurate quantification, which is essential for our quantitative studies in immune function research.
