Deglycosylation Enzyme D (Hydrolyzes Sialic Acids)

This product is used for desialylation of glycoproteins within 2 hours. The enzyme can hydrolyze α2-3, α2-6 and α2-8-linked sialic acids. It is recommended to incubate the samples at 37 °C for 1-2 hours. This protease was cloned from A. muciniphila and produced in E. coli with His-tag for easy purification.
