This product is a MHC monomer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex composed gB-derived peptide of PDDYSNTHSTRYVTV sequence covering 215-229 and DRB1*07:01 molecule. The pMHC monomer recognizes human CD8 T cells and can be used in the MHC tetramer analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.
