This product is a MHC monomer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex composed NY-ESO-1-derived peptide of LLEFYLAMPFATPME sequence covering 87-101 and DRB1*09:01 molecule. The pMHC monomer recognizes human CD8 T cells and can be used in the MHC tetramer analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.
