H-2Kb/Ovalbumin (KVVRFDKL) MHC Pentamer (CAT#: MHC-YC233)
MHC multimers have a high avidity for CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells. This product is a Pentamer of peptide/MHC complex with KVVRFDKL sequence covering 55-62 of Ovalbumin and H-2Kb molecule. The peptide/MHC pentamer provided here is unlabeled or fluorescent labeled such as Biotin, R-PE, APC. And all of them are available in 50, 150 or 500 tests.

- Ovalbumin is the main protein found in egg white, making up approximately 55% of the total protein. Ovalbumin displays sequence and three-dimensional homology to the serpin superfamily, but unlike most serpins it is not a serine protease inhibitor. The function of ovalbumin is unknown, although it is presumed to be a storage protein.
