H-2Kd/Respiratory syncytial virus Fusion protein (F) (KYKNAVTEL) MHC Pentamer (CAT#: MHC-YC250)
MHC multimers have a high avidity for CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells. This product is a Pentamer of peptide/MHC complex with RSV-derived peptide of KYKNAVTEL sequence covering 85-93 and H-2Kd molecule. The peptide/MHC pentamer provided here is unlabeled or fluorescent labeled such as Biotin, R-PE, APC. And all of them are available in 50, 150 or 500 tests.
