Description: Auristatins are water-soluble dolastatin analogs of dolastatin 10. Dolastatin 10 belongs to dolastatin family and it can powerfully bind to tubulin, thus inhibiting polymerization mediated through the binding to the vinca alkaloid binding domain, and causes cell to accumulate in metaphase arrest.

Trop-2 Antigen Targeting
This product has been excellent for our research into Trop-2, a cell surface glycoprotein involved in calcium signal transduction. The antibody clone 7E6 targets this carcinoma-associated antigen effectively. We observed clear responses in our ovarian and pancreatic cancer cell lines consistent with Trop-2 expression levels.
Advanced Linker Chemistry
The AcLys-vc-PABC linker system used here is quite sophisticated. It facilitates the delivery of the MMAD payload, a monomethyl auristatin D derivative. In our hands, this conjugate demonstrated potent inhibition of tubulin polymerization, causing cell accumulation in metaphase arrest, which validates the linker-payload design.
