Anti-Trop-2 (clone 7E6)-PEG6-MMAD ADC (CAT#: ADC-346CL)
This ADC product is composed of an anti-Trop-2 antibody (clone 7E6) conjugated via PEG6 linker to MMAD(h7E6SVG-N297Q/K222R-PEG6MMAD). It has demonstrated a response in treatment of a condition associated with Trop-2 expression (e.g., cancer), such as colon, esophageal, gastric, head and neck, lung, ovarian, or pancreatic cancer.
