Creative Biolabs' high-throughput phage display antibody technology integrates genotype and phenotype and is capable of simulating the process of antibody production both in vivo and in vitro, offering a straightforward and rapid approach for the preparation of genetically engineered antibodies for various types of recombinant antibodies.
Creative Biolabs offers the construction and screening services of phage display antibody libraries. Phage display refers to the preparation of antibody libraries by presenting scFv single-chain antibodies or Fab on the phage surface. The antibody library, when combined with solid-phase technology and high-throughput screening, can readily and rapidly acquire the desired antibody. The phage display library solution we provide not only offers a capacity of up to 108 antibody libraries but also provides antibody library construction services based on customer requirements.

Nowadays, the phage antibody library is classified into four main types:
The naive antibody library is genetically derived from B lymphocytes in human or animal blood, bone marrow, spleen, and amygdala. It can obtain human antibodies, and target all natural antigens, and the library is sufficiently large to obtain high-affinity antibodies directly.
The semi-synthetic antibody library is an antibody library based on the framework region and CDR1 and CDR2 regions of the natural antibody library, and the random synthesis and amplification of the DNA sequence in the CDR3 region. We can achieve the randomization of the CDR3 area to enhance the library capacity.
The synthetic antibody library is a purely synthetic antibody library based on antibody gene bank information. The fully synthetic antibody library can attain a high degree of randomization, resulting in an enormous library capacity.
The immune antibody library can also be constructed using the spleen of an animal immunized with a specific antigen, which can be more targeted to screen antibodies against a specific antigen.
Based on years of research and development experience in antibody drugs, Creative Biolabs has established a novel antibody development technology platform based on self-developed fully human antibody mice and human antibody phage libraries and is dedicated to offering customers rapid and efficient antibody development services.
