Recombinant Human Anti-BCL9L Soluble TCR (LE5) (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF1417)
Human TCR (LE5) recognizes BCL9L peptide (FVYVFTTHL) in the context of HLA-A2. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Human soluble TCR (LE5). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
