Recombinant Human Anti-Cancer/testis antigen 1 Soluble TCR (C-Cys) (VS-0622-YF3552) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF3552)
Human TCR recognizes Cancer/testis antigen 1 peptide (SLLMWITQC) in the context of HLA-A*0201. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
