Recombinant Human Anti-CASP8 Soluble TCR (121) (C-Cys) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF2724)
Human TCR (121) recognizes CASP8 peptide (FPSDSWCYF) in the context of HLA-B*3503. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
