Human Anti-CD19 (clone 2A3) scFv-Fc Chimera (CAT#: VS-0325-FY59)
The anti-CD19 scFv-Fc antibody is a recombinant protein that combines a single-chain variable fragment (scFv) derived from the variable regions of heavy and light chain antibodies with the Fc region of an IgG antibody. This design allows the scFv to specifically bind to the CD19 antigen, which is predominantly expressed on the surface of B cells, including B-cell malignancies such as leukemia and lymphoma. The anti-CD19 scFv-Fc antibody plays a vital role in immunotherapy, particularly for treating CD19-positive B-cell malignancies such as acute lymphoblastic leukemia and certain non-Hodgkin lymphomas. It can be used alone or enhance CAR T-cell therapy to improve specificity and effectiveness.
