The Anti-CD7 scFv-Fc antibody is a novel immunotherapeutic agent designed for targeted cancer therapy. - CD7 is a transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on the surface of T lymphocytes and natural killer (NK) cells. It functions as a co-stimulatory molecule, participating in T cell activation and signaling. CD7 also plays a role in cell adhesion and migration, contributing to the trafficking of lymphocytes within the immune system. Its expression is valuable in the diagnosis of certain hematologic malignancies, particularly T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL).
