Human Anti-CXCR5 (clone 40C01-VH1-Vk3) scFv-Fc Chimera (CAT#: VS-0425-FY18)
This scFv-Fc antibody, designed to target CXCR5, displays cross-reactivity with both human and cynomolgus monkey receptors. By effectively neutralizing CXCR5 signaling and inhibiting CXCL13-driven chemotaxis, it presents a compelling therapeutic candidate for conditions where CXCR5-mediated cell migration plays a significant pathogenic role, such as autoimmune/inflammatory disorders and certain cancers.
