Anti-FCER1A scFv-Fc is a recombinant antibody targeting the alpha subunit of the high-affinity IgE receptor (FCER1A) found on mast cells and basophils. The scFv provides specific binding to FCER1A, while the Fc region offers stability and potential for dimerization. This format is being developed to block IgE binding to FCER1A, thereby inhibiting downstream allergic responses and inflammation.

    Triggers the immediate hypersensitivity response to allergens as a host defense mechanism against helminth parasites, pathogenic bacteria and venom toxicity.
