Human TCR recognizes HIV-1 Tat peptide (ITKGLGISYGR) in the context of HLA-A68. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Human soluble TCR. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
