Human TCR (24.101) recognizes HPV16 E6 peptide (aa 73-104) in the context of HLA-DP1. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
