Human TCR recognizes HPV16 E6 peptide (aa 29-38) in the context of HLA-A*0201. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references.
