Human Anti-ICOS (clone JMab-136) scFv-Fc Chimera

This fusion protein targets ICOS (Inducible T-cell co-stimulator), a receptor that provides co-stimulatory signals for T-cell activation. It is used in immune checkpoint modulation to enhance T-cell function in cancer immunotherapy, potentially improving antitumor responses.
