Human Anti-IL1R1 (clone 26F5) scFv-Fc Chimera (CAT#: VS-0125-FY73)
This anti-IL1R1 scFv-Fc fusion protein demonstrates significant advantages in the rapid screening of antibody clones with excellent specificity, thereby enabling effective modulation of the IL-1 signaling pathway. It is considered a potential therapeutic antibody. The utility of scFv-Fc fusion proteins for the rapid screening of clones derived from phage libraries highlights their ability to identify promising antibody leads with therapeutic potential.
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.

Applications
- Application Notes
- The anti-scFv-Fc antibody can inhibit IL-1-induced NF-κB nuclear translocation by competitively binding to IL-1R1, potentially reducing inflammation and joint damage caused by IL-1. These antibodies have been shown in bioassays to significantly suppress IL-1-mediated signaling.

- Function
- After binding to interleukin-1 associates with the coreceptor IL1RAP to form the high affinity interleukin-1 receptor complex which mediates interleukin-1-dependent activation of NF-kappa-B, MAPK and other pathways.
Signaling involves the recruitment of adapter molecules such as TOLLIP, MYD88, and IRAK1 or IRAK2 via the respective TIR domains of the receptor/coreceptor subunits.
Binds ligands with comparable affinity and binding of antagonist IL1RN prevents association with IL1RAP to form a signaling complex.
Involved in IL1B-mediated costimulation of IFNG production from T-helper 1 (Th1) cells.
