Recombinant Human Anti-MAGE-10 Soluble TCR (UG4) (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF1290)
Human TCR (UG4) recognizes MAGE-10 peptide (GLYDGMEHL) in the context of HLA-A*02:01. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Human soluble TCR (UG4). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
