Recombinant Human Anti-MAGE-A3 Soluble TCR (13-18) (C-Cys) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF2884)
Human TCR (13-18) recognizes MAGE-A3 peptide (aa 168-176) in the context of HLA-A*01. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
