Human TCR (YC37) recognizes NP peptide (FEDLRLLSF) in the context of HLA-B*37:01. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Human soluble TCR (YC37). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
