    • The single-chain antibody fragment (scFv), comprising the variable regions from both the light and heavy chains of antibodies, has the potential to selectively bind to target antigens such as TAG-72. In contrast, the Fc fragment, consisting of the antibody's constant region, offers enhanced stability and prolongs the antibody's half-life in the bloodstream. Additionally, the Fc fragment's capability to engage with cell surface Fcγ receptors may allow for the modulation of various antibody functions, including the potential promotion of antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC).
