Human Anti-TSPAN8 scFv-Fc Chimera (VS-0325-FY137) (CAT#: VS-0325-FY137)
This product is a novel, human, conformation-dependent antibody targeting the large extracellular loop (LEL) of Tetraspanin 8 (TSPAN8). It was developed using phage display technology and exhibits subnanomolar affinity for TSPAN8-LEL, specifically recognizing amino acids 140-205. The antibody is designed to inhibit the invasion of metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) cells that express TSPAN8.
