High Affinity CLEC-2
We used this Human Podoplanin Fc Chimera Protein in binding assays. It bound to Recombinant Human CLEC-2 with high affinity (Kd < 4 nM) as stated. It was perfect for our receptor-ligand interaction studies.
Quality Recombinant Protein
This product performed well as a control in our experiments. It migrated at the expected molecular weight of 60-65 kDa under reducing conditions on SDS-PAGE. The lyophilized format was easy to reconstitute and store.
