The Human LMNB1 Quick ELISA Kit (VS-0726-YC2227) is designed for quickly quantify Human Lamin B1 with a sensitivity of 65 pg/mL. The kit is based on sandwich ELISA (quantitative) and the total experimental duration is 90 minutes. It is a reliable tool used for the quantitative detection of LMNB1 in Cell extract, Tissue extract and other biological samples. Lamin B1 (LMNB1) is a structural nuclear lamina matrix protein essential for reinforcing nuclear envelope integrity, anchoring peripheral heterochromatin arrays, and coordinating spatial DNA replication cycles. Loss of cellular Lamin B1 expression is globally analyzed in modern gerontology protocols as a primary, definitive hallmark biomarker confirming established cellular senescence.
