Recombinant Mouse Anti-CEA Soluble TCR () (C-Cys) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF2733)
Mouse TCR recognizes CEA peptide (IMIGVLVGV) in the context of HLA-A*0201. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
