Recombinant Mouse Anti-CEA Soluble TCR () (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF25)
Mouse TCR recognizes CEA peptide (IMIGVLVGV) in the context of HLA-A*0201. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Mouse soluble TCR (). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
