Recombinant Mouse Anti-CHRNA1 Soluble TCR (B6.11) (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF1607)
Mouse TCR (B6.11) recognizes CHRNA1 peptide (LGIWTYDGTKVSISPES) in the context of H2-b. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Mouse soluble TCR (B6.11). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
