Recombinant Mouse Anti-HA Soluble TCR (Clone 4) (C-Cys) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF3697)
Mouse TCR (Clone 4) recognizes HA peptide (IYATVAGSL) in the context of H2-Kd. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
