Recombinant Mouse Anti-MBP Soluble TCR (cl19) (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun)

Mouse TCR (cl19) recognizes MBP peptide (RGGASQYRPSQ) in the context of H2-IAᵘ. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Mouse soluble TCR (cl19). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
