Recombinant Mouse Anti-PIM2 Soluble TCR (YC45) (C-Cys) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF4981)
Mouse TCR (YC45) recognizes PIM2 peptide (2,6-[Di-O-α-d-mannopyranosyl]-1-O-[1,2-di-O-palmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoryl]-d-myo-inositol) in the context of mouse CD1d. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
