Recombinant Mouse Anti-Type II Collagen Soluble TCR (qCII85.33) (C-Cys) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF3592)
Mouse TCR (qCII85.33) recognizes Type II Collagen peptide (IAGFKGEQ) in the context of H2-IAq. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
