Mouse TCR (qCII85.33) recognizes Type II Collagen peptide (IAGFKGEQ) in the context of H2-IAq. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Mouse soluble TCR (qCII85.33). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
