The Mouse Pecam1 Quick ELISA Kit (VS-0726-YC1755) is designed for quickly quantify Mouse Cd31 with a sensitivity of 4.2 pg/mL. The kit is based on sandwich ELISA and the total experimental duration is 90 minutes. It is a reliable tool used for the quantitative detection of Pecam1 in Serum, Plasma, Cell lysate, Tissue lysate and other biological samples. Mouse Cd31 (PECAM-1) is a homophilic cell adhesion transmembrane glycoprotein highly concentrated at endothelial cell intercellular junctions, platelets, and leukocyte subsets, regulating vascular barrier integrity and leukocyte transendothelial migration. In murine tissue analysis, anti-mouse Cd31 immunohistochemistry is the gold standard technique for quantifying tumor angiogenesis.

- Assay Principle
- The Mouse Pecam1 Quick ELISA Kit (VS-0726-YC1755) enables quick analyte detection in 90 minutes or less, reducing the total assay time by nearly three-fold compared to conventional ELISA protocols. The streamlined workflow consolidates the assay into a single-step co-incubation: prepared standards, samples, and the antibody cocktail are added simultaneously to the wells and incubated for 60 minutes. Following a quick, four-cycle wash step (4 minutes) to remove unbound conjugates, the substrate solution is added to initiate color development for 15 to 20 minutes. Finally, the enzymatic reaction is halted by adding the stop solution, and the signal is read within 5 minutes.
