Recombinant Rabbit Anti-Mouse BSG Capture Antibody (clone R19-6D-6)

This antibody is a rabbit recombinant antibody against mouse BSG. It was developed by immunization of rabbit with recombinant mouse BSG protein and then was produced as a recombinant antibody. The isotype of this product is rabbit IgG. The sandwich ELISA was established using matched antibody pair R19-6D-6 and R34-5G-5. The clone R19-6D-6 can be used as a capture antibody in ELISA analysis to identify mouse BSG.

Acts as a retinal cell surface receptor for NXNL1 and plays an important role in NXNL1-mediated survival of retinal cone photoreceptors.
In association with glucose transporter SLC16A1/GLUT1 and NXNL1, promotes retinal cone survival by enhancing aerobic glycolysis and accelerating the entry of glucose into photoreceptors.
