Recombinant Anti-CCR2 Vesicular Antibody, EV Displayed (VS-0425-YC148) (CAT#: VS-0425-YC148)
The Recombinant Anti-CCR2 Vesicular Antibody, EV Displayed (VS-0425-YC148) is an antibody-displaying extracellular vesicle (Ab-EV). The product combines the benefits of both extracellular vesicle (EV) and antibody (Ab) which can guide the decorated EVs to CCR2-expressed cells or tissues. The CCR2 is a chemokine receptor involved in immune signaling pathways, with associations to diseases like Idiopathic Anterior Uveitis.

- Introduction
- CCR2 (C-C Motif Chemokine Receptor 2) is a Protein Coding gene. Diseases associated with CCR2 include Idiopathic Anterior Uveitis and Cd3zeta Deficiency. Among its related pathways are Cytokine Signaling in Immune system and Defensins. Gene Ontology (GO) annotations related to this gene include G-protein coupled receptor activity and chemokine receptor activity. An important paralog of this gene is CCR5.
