Recombinant Rabbit Anti-Mouse CDH1 Capture Antibody (clone R59-2N-9) (CAT#: VS3-WK1826)
This antibody is a rabbit recombinant antibody against mouse CDH1. It was developed by immunization of rabbit with recombinant mouse CDH1 protein and then was produced as a recombinant antibody. The isotype of this product is rabbit IgG. The sandwich ELISA was established using matched antibody pair R59-2N-9 and R62-3H-7. The clone R59-2N-9 can be used as a capture antibody in ELISA analysis to identify mouse CDH1.

- Cadherins are calcium-dependent cell adhesion proteins. They preferentially interact with themselves in a homophilic manner in connecting cells; cadherins may thus contribute to the sorting of heterogeneous cell types. CDH1 is involved in mechanisms regulating cell-cell adhesions, mobility and proliferation of epithelial cells.
