Recombinant Mouse Anti-COL18A1 Capture Antibody (clone 12G3)

This antibody is a mouse recombinant antibody against human COL18A1. The sandwich ELISA was established using matched antibody pair 12G3 and 5E3. The clone 12G3 can be used in ELISA analysis as a capture antibody at a dilution of 1/1000. It was developed by immunization of mouse with recombinant human COL18A1 protein and then was produced as a recombinant antibody. The isotype of this product is mouse IgG1.
