Recombinant Rabbit Anti-GAD1 Capture Antibody (clone R77-2B-4)

This antibody is a rabbit recombinant antibody against human GAD1. It was developed by immunization of rabbit with recombinant human GAD1 protein and then was produced as a recombinant antibody. The isotype of this product is rabbit IgG. The sandwich ELISA was established using matched antibody pair R77-2B-4 and R48-1J-6. The clone R77-2B-4 can be used as a capture antibody in ELISA analysis to identify human GAD1.
