Recombinant Human Anti-HCV E1E2 Antibody (clone HC1AM) (CAT#: VS-0723-XY14)
HC1AM is a human antibody against glycoprotein E1 and E2, the main target for neutralizing antibodies. HC1AM binding to E2 involves a shift of the front-layer C-terminal region and interactions with amino acids 597 to 645. It was tested by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and Pseudovirus neutralization assay.
