This product is a rabbit neutralizing antibody termed mAb HTN-Gn1 against Gn glycoprotein from Hantaan virus (HTNV). HTN-Gn1 targets spatially distinct epitopes at disparate sites of the N-terminal region of the HTNV Gn ectodomain. It has a neutralization potency against live viruses. This product was detected by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and Pseudovirus neutralization assay.
