Recombinant Rabbit Anti-IL22 Detection Antibody (clone R09-4O1) (CAT#: VS3-WK1729)
This antibody is a rabbit recombinant antibody against human IL22. It was developed by immunization of rabbit with recombinant human IL22 protein and then was produced as a recombinant antibody. The isotype of this product is rabbit IgG. R06-5Q1 and R09-4O1 were identified as antibody pair for sandwich ELISA. As a detection antibody, the clone R09-4O1 can be used in ELISA analysis to identify human IL22.

- Cytokine that plays a critical role in modulating tissue responses during inflammation.
Plays an essential role in the regeneration of epithelial cells to maintain barrier function after injury and for the prevention of further tissue damage.
Unlike most of the cytokines, has no effect on immune cells. Signals through a heterodimeric receptor composed of two subunits, the specific receptor IL22RA1 which is present on non-immune cells in many organs and the shared subunit IL10RB.
